Although the breakfast and location were pretty good, my xmas stay at this hotel was definitely forgettable. The croissants and rice were tasty, and the hotel was within walking distance of a train station and popular attraction. What I did appreciate, though, was that the laundry machine was dope - it washed, dried, and even added detergent for me.
The bed was hard as a rock and I didn't sleep well at all. The check-in time was way too late, and when I arrived earlier, they wouldn't let me in my room so I had to store my luggage for a few hours.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was decent. the location was convenient, as it was close to public transportation and within walking distance to some attractions. the room was also clean.
The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were too flat. the check-in process was strict with the time and there was no flexibility.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and provided us with a translator device to communicate effectively. The location was conveniently close to public transportation and within walking distance of popular attractions. Additionally, the hotel facilities such as the laundry room and vending machines were convenient and well-maintained. Finally, the breakfast served here was delicious and offered a mix of Japanese and Western options.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
